A SAP Case Study
Diakonie Nord Nord Ost, a nonprofit association in northern Germany, needed to improve efficiency and reduce costs so its staff could spend more time supporting people in need across more than 100 social institutions. Its manual invoice and payment processes, inefficient cash management, disconnected facility systems, and complex user interfaces were slowing operations. SAP helped DNNO with cloud ERP and integrated solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, as part of its RISE with SAP journey.
SAP implemented SAP Services and Support along with SAP Ariba Buying, SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management, SAP Business Network, and SAP Contract and Lease Management to streamline and automate financial and facility processes. As a result, DNNO achieved faster purchase order, payment, and invoice processing, better resource allocation, and reduced costs, while doubling its SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition users from 350 to 700 in just one year.
