SAP implemented SAP Document and Reporting Compliance as the foundation for EY’s global e-billing solution, using country-specific content to expand into Malaysia and run a pilot for the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia. The project met 100% of milestones, reduced delivery risk, and has remained stable since implementation, while also improving accuracy, lowering total cost of ownership, and increasing compliance visibility.
