The company needed a scalable, secure ERP platform to better integrate asset management, logistics, and finance while improving visibility across its global operations. SAP, together with Syntax, helped SSR Mining move to a cloud-based, integrated solution using RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.

SAP implemented a greenfield global ERP rollout that consolidated three systems into one, creating a single source of truth and embedded analytics for better decision-making. The solution went live across the United States, Canada, and Turkey in January 2024, delivering harmonized business processes, improved operational clarity, and reduced IT support costs. SAP also helped SSR Mining achieve +70% company-wide user adoption and implement 15 KPIs as part of four new business capabilities.
