SNP Group Transforming IT In-House and for Customers

SNP Group, an IT services and consulting company with about 1,400 employees, needed to modernize its ERP landscape, simplify complex travel expense processes, and prepare for easier scaling and acquisitions. After moving to SAP S/4HANA, SNP worked with SAP to transition the system from on-premise to the cloud, using SAP Enterprise Support and adding Concur Expense to meet employee and accounting needs.

SAP helped SNP implement RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, and Concur Expense in a highly compressed timeline. The result was a successful cloud migration across 11 countries, >99.9% system availability since go-live, faster and more standardized processes, improved security and IT operations, and more efficient auditing-compliant expense reporting.
