SAP implemented Similius, an image similarity and processing solution powered by SAP AI Core, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud, with web and mobile access for comparing technical drawings, photos, and orders. The result was faster stock checks and decision-making, reduced manual labor and errors, and expected impact of 40% shorter production times, 20% savings from using existing molds, and a 12% decrease in carbon emissions.
