A SAP Case Study
Seera Group (SEERA), a major travel and leisure provider in the Middle East and North Africa, faced the challenge of meeting Saudi Arabia’s FATOORAH e-invoicing regulations across 22 legal entities and multiple sales platforms, while processing more than 2,000 invoices and notes per day. SEERA needed a scalable, secure, and compliant invoicing framework, so it turned to SAP and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
SAP implemented a centralized e-document management framework integrated with SEERA’s complex systems, enabling automated e-invoicing, invoice validation, QR code extraction, and compliant PDF/XML sharing. As a result, SEERA reached full compliance and transparency, centralized e-document processing, and completed implementation one month ahead of the mandatory deadline, lowering TCO through one unified framework for its portfolio of businesses.
