A SAP Case Study
SCT Square Holdings, a small industrial manufacturing company in Thailand that supplies fasteners for the electronics and automotive sectors, needed to modernize its operations and replace an ERP system that could not support its growth goals. The company wanted to become more agile, automate key processes, and create a single source of data for better decision-making, and turned to SAP and partner NTT Data Business Solutions, using SAP S/4HANA.
With SAP S/4HANA, SCT Square Holdings streamlined processes across quotation, sourcing, inventory, sales, and delivery, gaining real-time visibility and more accurate cost and stock tracking. SAP helped the company cut quotation-to-sales closure from five days to two, improve material tracking from 30 minutes to real time, and drive 50% annual sales growth, while also increasing efficiency in the sales-order-to-invoice process.
