To support its data transformation strategy, SBB CFF FFS turned to SAP solutions to address isolated applications, weak data governance, and inconsistent data quality across its operations.

SAP, together with Camelot ITLab, implemented SAP BTP with SAP Sales and Service Core, SAP Ariba, and SAP Master Data Governance to connect supplier and customer lifecycle processes in a central master data hub. The result was a more automated, integrated data landscape with a 60% improvement in overall data quality and a future-ready foundation for master data management and governance.
