To improve control, confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency, SATORP turned to SAP Ariba solutions from SAP to digitize and centralize its procurement communications and supplier records.
With SAP Ariba, SAP helped SATORP automate and standardize procurement workflows, streamline bid analysis, and improve documentation and audit readiness across more than 1,600 suppliers. The results included a 43% reduction in material sourcing time, 30% faster services sourcing, 60% faster supplier onboarding, and a 1.5x improvement in the procurement cycle, while employees were able to manage 1.5 times the workload with the same staffing level.
