Select Service Partners, part of SSP Group plc, faced major people-process challenges as it grew across nearly 40 countries: fragmented HR systems, limited global visibility into employee data, heavy paper-based administration, and rising recruitment and retention pressures during COVID recovery. To modernize its people function, the company turned to SAP SuccessFactors to support recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and broader HR processes.
SAP implemented a global SAP SuccessFactors rollout, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central Payroll, creating a single source of truth for people data and a more consistent, paperless way of working. The deployment went live in October 2023 for 20,000 users, helping SSP process 8,333 new starters, receive 134,575 applications, and achieve strong adoption, with 79% of employees logging in at least once and 75% of front-line colleagues using the mobile app.
