Darussalam Assets, the Brunei government-linked company owner and operator of 30+ subsidiaries across 14 sectors, needed a faster, more consistent way to manage complex hiring and talent processes across very different roles and compliance requirements. Working with SAP, it used SAP SuccessFactors with SAP Business AI to standardize HR processes while still allowing flexibility for each business unit.
SAP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Learning, and Performance & Goals, with AI-assisted features for job descriptions, résumé screening, and competency-based interview questions. The result was a more transparent and equitable hiring experience, with recruitment time cut from four to six months to about four weeks for healthcare roles, a 75% reduction in recruitment duration, and a 4x more efficient hiring process.
