Sansure Biotech, a Hunan-based life sciences company specializing in molecular diagnostics and gene testing, needed to support rapid global growth, new production sites, and heavy data demands from multiple mergers and acquisitions. The company was dealing with siloed systems, manual operations, and increasing complexity, and turned to SAP, using RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, to help modernize its business.
SAP implemented an integrated digital platform that connected fund flow, information flow, material flow, and compliance, while improving master data management, S&OP, and CRM-enabled lead-to-cash processes. As a result, Sansure Biotech improved collaboration, data accuracy, inventory and manufacturing control, and cut 7 days from month-end close and financial statement submission, while integrating more than 100,000 master data records.
