SAP helped RWE execute a large-scale greenfield implementation by guiding data transfer from three source systems into one global instance of SAP S/4HANA and aligning processes across the organization. The result was a technically error-free go-live for 150 companies on schedule, with the remaining 130 companies prepared for a later phase, delivering faster time to value and a common core system built on best practices.
