A SAP Case Study
Eaton, the industrial manufacturing company, needed a better way to capture and share process knowledge across global teams. Unwritten expertise, fragmented processes, and inconsistent documentation were slowing onboarding and creating inefficiencies, prompting Eaton to seek a unified process foundation with SAP Signavio solutions.
SAP implemented SAP Signavio Process Modeler along with process mining, simulation, analytics, and ArchiMate modeling to centralize and visualize processes, standardize enterprise architecture, and align business and IT. The result was a cultural shift toward standardization and shared ownership, faster implementations and onboarding, and greater process transparency and reuse across business units, including replacing 500 pages of documentation with intuitive visual maps.
