Revenue NSW Taking Control of Change with a Knowledge Warehouse

Revenue NSW, the Australian government agency responsible for revenue collection, grant administration, and debt recovery, needed to replace disparate flat modeling tools with a single cloud-based platform for business process management. To support its digital transformation and improve customer experience, Revenue NSW turned to SAP Signavio solutions as part of a “product knowledge warehouse” approach.

SAP implemented SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Governance, Process Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler, and Process Intelligence to create a governed, single source of truth for processes, products, and services. The results included documentation and analysis of more than 1,800 processes, identification of over 300 improvement opportunities, and savings of 31,009 hours in the first year; Revenue NSW also reported a 32% improvement in business process maturity and a 50% improvement in output for the Land Tax Stimulus program.
