A SAP Case Study
The customer, MEGA eG, a German wholesaler of building restoration supplies, sought to optimize and tailor the functions within its SAP ERP and SAP Solution Sales and Billing systems to meet its specific requirements. Their challenge was to implement these desired improvements without dedicating significant internal resources to custom development.
By participating in the SAP Customer Connection program, MEGA collaborated directly with SAP developers and other customers to suggest enhancements. SAP implemented these changes, resulting in streamlined work processes, increased efficiency, and positive user feedback. Approximately ten improvements were put into live use, such as a new "next item" button for billing documents. Crucially, SAP delivered this solution without requiring MEGA to spend any resources on in-house development.
