Evotec, the Germany-based drug discovery and development company, needed to replace an end-of-life PeopleSoft ERP at its UK site, launch a GxP-certified ERP for new manufacturing in France, and standardize its global ERP landscape while improving security and compliance. SAP was chosen to support this transformation with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition delivered via RISE with SAP.

SAP, implemented with NTT Data Business Solutions, deployed the existing US template across the UK and France using close-to-standard processes. The UK system went live in just 16 weeks, avoiding downtime and reducing IT costs, while the France rollout enabled readiness for a new customer contract starting in 2026. Overall, SAP helped Evotec create a single source of truth, strengthen cybersecurity, improve compliance, and lay the foundation for faster product development and greater operational efficiency.
