Positiva Compañía de Seguros S.A., a Colombian insurance company, faced challenges in making data-driven decisions due to disparate information sources and a lack of a unified analytics platform. They sought to implement a cloud-based system to automate data collection and support their digital transformation strategies, leading them to partner with vendor SAP and its implementation partner, Seidor Analytics.
Using the SAP Analytics Cloud solution, SAP provided a centralized platform that integrated data from all of Positiva's offices. This implementation resulted in customer information being available 24/7, a drastic reduction in dashboard creation time from 8 hours to 3 seconds, and an increase in the usability of business intelligence tools from 16% to 77%. The solution fostered corporate synergy and enabled decisions to be based on a single, reliable source of information.
