A SAP Case Study
OeNB, Austria’s central bank, needed to modernize its IT landscape to support future innovation, unified data and analytics, and faster, more integrated business processes. With a tight migration window and a strong need to minimize risk and downtime, OeNB turned to SAP and SAP MaxAttention services to help move its critical ERP environment, including procurement and cash payment systems, to SAP S/4HANA.
SAP implemented a step-by-step migration with test conversions, custom-code adaptation, and support for connecting around 60 external systems, alongside SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics. The result was a successful SAP S/4HANA go-live with minimal disruption, 100% of migration issues resolved before launch, 25% optimization of the solution landscape, and 50% faster time to value for users developing SAP Fiori apps.
