SAP digitalized NamWater’s performance management process, streamlined goal setting and reviews, and automated reporting to improve decision-making and manager coaching. The results included eliminating 100% of manual data aggregation tasks, providing 24x7 access to reporting data, and enabling multiple performance processes to run at once, establishing a modern foundation for broader HR transformation with SAP.
