Nagarro, a global digital engineering and IT services leader, wanted to launch a new SAP solutions consulting business but needed a modern, scalable ERP to support rapid growth, full process integration, and a cloud-first strategy. With a small implementation team and a tight six-month timeline, Nagarro chose SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, along with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation, to help unify operations and support mobile work.

SAP implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in about 10 weeks, enabling end-to-end process automation across finance, HR, travel, time reporting, and intercompany workflows. The results included 13 hours saved per month through automation, faster onboarding, real-time analytics, and global rollout across 21 countries, with more than 5,000 employees now using the system and over 50% of group revenue expected to run through it in the future.
