NADEC, one of the largest agrifood companies in the Middle East and North Africa, needed better visibility into processes across finance, procurement, warehousing, production, quality control, sales, transportation, and maintenance. To address scattered documentation and limited process management maturity, the company turned to SAP and the SAP Signavio portfolio, including SAP Signavio Process Insights, SAP Signavio Process Manager, and SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub.

SAP helped NADEC integrate these solutions with SAP S/4HANA to create a single source of truth for business process management and real-time transaction insight. The result was automated process analysis, identification of more than 38,000 orders with invalid completion dates, implementation of 60 recommendations across 34 processes, a 37% improvement in average transactional time, and 99% accuracy in product costs.
