SAP helped implement an AI-driven learning platform that consolidated the three systems into one scalable ecosystem with personalized learning paths, compliance tracking, and career mapping. The results were strong: training hours per employee rose from 9.11 to 23.96, internal promotions increased by 12%, compliance training reached 100%, and eNPS improved from +8 to +26. The platform also supported 150,000+ learning hours in its first year and helped Alter Domus scale learning across 37 offices worldwide.
