Mondi, a global packaging and paper leader with 100 production sites across 30 countries, needed to move to SAP S/4HANA without disrupting production or sales operations. To manage the complexity of its large, highly integrated system landscape, Mondi turned to SAP and SAP MaxAttention services for expert support during the transformation.
SAP implemented SAP MaxAttention and SAP Mission Control Center support to safeguard the migration, validate cutover plans, and resolve issues before go-live. As a result, Mondi completed the global conversion with only 37 hours of business downtime and 6.5 hours of system downtime, while more than 1,100 issues were fixed in advance, helping create a stable foundation for future innovation.
