Migros Industrie Bringing Different Companies Under One ERP Solution to Drive Transformation

Migros Industrie, part of the Migros Group, is one of the world’s largest private-label manufacturers and was managing a highly complex IT landscape across more than 20 companies. To support its multiyear “ONE Smart Solution” digital transformation, it needed a single ERP solution and a strategic partner to consolidate diverse business models and processes while still enabling future innovation. SAP, together with Deloitte Consulting, provided SAP S/4HANA and related services to meet that challenge.

SAP implemented an on-premise SAP S/4HANA landscape, supported by SAP Services and Support including SAP MaxAttention, SAP Advisory Services, and the Customer First program, with integrations to SAP Ariba and SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain. The result was a disruption-free migration of logistics, warehousing, sales, sourcing, production, finance, and planning functions, consolidating 20 companies onto one ERP landscape and managing more than 20,000 products on SAP S/4HANA. This gave Migros Industrie a foundation for ongoing innovation across its businesses.
