A SAP Case Study
MHP, one of Ukraine’s largest poultry, meat, and grain producers, wanted to evolve from a raw materials company into a culinary brand and expand into new markets through a franchise model. To support this shift, MHP looked for a future-ready IT platform to standardize export sales management, improve end-to-end processes, and address operational challenges caused by political uncertainty and the COVID-19 pandemic, using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Sales Cloud.
SAP implemented an integrated solution with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Sales Cloud to connect sales, logistics, cash collection, CRM, and financial reporting across MHP’s business units. As a result, MHP gained full process transparency, improved collaboration, and stronger data security, while also cutting annual costs by US$800,000, reducing days sales outstanding by 3%, speeding new-product development by 2%, and halving the time needed to launch a fully functional export sales office from six months to three.
