SAP implemented a comprehensive digital procurement platform for Elanco, including SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, and SAP S/4HANA, with self-service supplier registration and compliance-focused workflows. As a result, Elanco processed $1 billion in spend within six months, reduced total supplier processing time by 7.3 days, and increased electronic invoice spend by 9.1% in one quarter, while also improving control and reducing cyber fraud.
