MAHLE, a global automotive supplier, needed to respond faster to major industry shifts toward e-mobility while untangling fragmented processes and inconsistent data spread across multiple ERP systems. To support its transformation, MAHLE turned to SAP, using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to help create a more connected, transparent, and standardized enterprise.
SAP implemented a globally harmonized operating and planning model that unified processes, improved data quality, and established a single source of truth across the company. The results included real-time visibility into markets, customers, orders, and resources, better decision-making, and higher employee engagement; MAHLE also rolled out the solution to nine global sites within a year of the first pilot and deployed across ~170 locations worldwide.
