LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, needed to modernize its SAP S/4HANA landscape to support its $10 billion vision. Its legacy ERP environment on AWS was not scalable, relied on a costly capex model, lacked Gen-AI capabilities, and was difficult to upgrade because of heavy customization.

SAP implemented RISE with SAP and helped LTIMindtree migrate to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, along with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Signavio. The project went live in a record 100 days and delivered measurable gains, including a 70% reduction in P&L refresh time, a 60% improvement in complex allocation cycles, a 30% to 40% reduction in accrual report generation, and a drop in Days Sales Outstanding from 91 to 80 days.
