Far East Organization, Singapore’s largest private property developer, faced a manual and labor-intensive leasing process that relied on heavy human intervention for contract drafting, amendments, rental changes, and compliance tracking. The result was slow turnaround, higher labor costs, and a greater risk of errors and miscommunication across landlords, tenants, and property managers. To modernize this, Far East Organization worked with SAP using RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.

SAP implemented a digital leasing platform combining SAP S/4HANA for contract, lease, and real estate management with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Business AI to automate workflows, contract generation, amendments, onboarding, billing, and reporting. The transformation delivered more than 80% improvement in lead-to-contract time, cut contract generation from days to minutes, achieved 100% uptime since go-live, and drove about US$500K+ in annual cost savings, with 98% user satisfaction.
