A SAP Case Study
Konica Minolta, a digital workplace solution provider, needed to evolve its business and support new, more-sustainable software services models by moving from a traditional ERP system to a future-ready intelligent ERP. The company also wanted to improve efficiency across sales, service, logistics, procurement, finance, and controlling while creating a stronger IT foundation for digital transformation, using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Services and Support.
SAP helped Konica Minolta implement a greenfield SAP S/4HANA rollout with standard content activation, Value Assurance, and go-live readiness checks to guide the project and adapt processes for the European business. The result was a faster go-live, less custom code, harmonized processes, better end-user adoption through SAP Fiori, and a scalable foundation for future growth and new software-service business models.
