Knight Therapeutics, a specialty pharmaceuticals company operating in 11 countries, needed a better way to manage HR across different labor laws, spreadsheet-based reporting, and paper-heavy processes. The company turned to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Compensation Core to modernize its international employee management and support its 700 employees more efficiently.

SAP, working with partner HR Path, implemented a self-service HR portal and more accurate, up-to-date organizational data, streamlining routine HR tasks and improving reporting. As a result, Knight Therapeutics removed waiting periods for project information reporting, eliminated many employment and payroll information requests, and saved two days on routine HR information tasks while improving accuracy and freeing staff for more strategic work.
