A SAP Case Study
Kaeser Kompressoren, a global industrial manufacturer of air compression systems, wanted to improve online learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration for employees and external partners as it moved away from in-person training. To support its digitalization efforts and better integrate its existing systems, Kaeser turned to SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone along with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
SAP implemented a personalized digital workspace with a modern interface, single sign-on, HR cards, and side-by-side content and application integration. The project completed an extensive data migration in seven months, improved performance and content access, and created 2,500 workspaces for collaboration; 8,500 employees and partners were migrated to SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone.
