Islamic Development Bank Building a Culture of Business Process Excellence

Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) needed a better way to organize scattered process documentation after an organizational restructure left decision-making decentralized and process knowledge inconsistent. The bank wanted internal stakeholders to quickly access reliable process and operational information, and turned to SAP Signavio, including SAP Signavio Process Manager, to create a clearer, more structured approach.

SAP Signavio implemented a single platform to document, model, compare, and govern business processes across the organization, supported by the Process Collaboration Hub and Process Governance. The results included stronger cross-team collaboration, improved process compliance and governance, and a culture of process excellence, with more than 100 active users and 55% of all business processes documented.
