Improving Students’ Future Employability with On-Demand Finance Software Training

Electromech Enterprises Pvt Ltd. (EME) helps government-affiliated education institutions and universities deliver IT skills training, and it worked with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) to improve students’ employability. EME needed to bridge the gap between academic output and industry requirements by adding practical finance software training to ICAI’s cost management accounting course. To do this, EME used SAP Learning Hub.

SAP helped EME deliver on-demand, hands-on finance and controlling training through SAP Learning Hub, along with voice, email, and chat support for students. The program improved students’ confidence and job readiness, increased interest in ICAI’s accounting courses, and boosted intermediate course intake. In one year, 30,000 students enrolled in SAP Learning Hub, supporting an expected year-on-year growth of 10%.
