HSA Group Building Business Resilience in Challenging Times on Advanced ERP in the Cloud

HSA Group, one of the largest family-owned multinational conglomerates in the Middle East, needed to strengthen business resilience in Yemen while digitalizing operations to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability. To support its supply of essential goods and services, the company turned to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, as part of the RISE with SAP program, with support from SAP Enterprise Support and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

SAP helped HSA Group migrate from an on-premise system to a unified cloud ERP landscape for 1,500 users across three countries and 24 business entities. The result was a 360-degree view of operations with real-time data, around 20% improvement in business processes, and 15%–20% better system uptime and performance, while also reducing maintenance and total cost of ownership and completing the migration in just seven months.
