SAP implemented an integrated dealer management platform and omni-channel order management system that provided real-time inventory visibility through mobile access and connected multiple e-commerce channels. As a result, Yurun Group improved production and sales planning accuracy, enabled demand-driven supply decisions, and boosted order completion rates. The system also increased efficiency across distribution and customization, supporting more flexible manufacturing processes.
