Kwizda, an Austrian chemicals and pharmaceuticals conglomerate, faced a challenge with its previous CRM system which did not sufficiently support its seven distinct business units and their varied sales processes. Customer data was distributed across several systems and was not available on mobile devices, hindering the sales team's effectiveness. To bring its sales processes into the digital age, Kwizda partnered with vendor SAP to implement the SAP Hybris Sales Cloud solution.
The solution, implemented by SAP partner maihiro, provided the sales team with mobile access to real-time customer information, contract details, and product availability. This enabled data to be easily entered on the go and provided a unified overview of every customer. As a result, SAP helped Kwizda achieve a significantly more efficient sales process, better customer consulting, and laid a solid foundation for a future omnichannel strategy, all within a rapid four-month deployment.
