Beutlhauser Group, a German provider of sales, rental, and service for capital goods, was struggling to scale globally across multiple business models and locations. With many manual processes and interfaces, the company needed an industry cloud solution from SAP to simplify and harmonize its complex sales, rental, maintenance, and repair operations.

SAP, together with proaxia’s Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, implemented an integrated platform spanning sales, rental, and service, including SAP Field Service Management. The result was more efficient end-to-end workflows, transparent costs and revenues across the vehicle lifecycle, improved order-to-cash approval, reduced financing costs, and increased fleet utilization across the business.
