Zespri International Limited, a consumer products company in New Zealand, needed to replace its business roles in SAP S/4HANA while making sure users kept access to the functions they actually used. Working with SAP Cloud ALM, part of SAP Services and Support, Zespri aimed to shape requirements, improve user experience, and reduce risk.
SAP Cloud ALM helped Zespri identify the real accesses being used by employees, enabling a more targeted role redesign. As a result, Zespri reported a better user experience, lower risk, and improved performance through SAP.
