SAP helped Franke Group complete a brownfield conversion to a future-ready digital core, standardize ERP operations, and improve user experiences while reducing complexity. The conversion was completed in one weekend with just two days of planned downtime, converting 2.1 TB of data and addressing more than 13,000 custom-code findings, laying the foundation for future rollouts and innovation.
