SAP helped City of Biel deploy the solution with support from the Private Cloud Customer Center team, enabling the move to the cloud on schedule and without business disruption. The project marked a key milestone in the city’s cloud journey and positioned it to realize future benefits from the software, with the CIO noting that SAP was a critical partner in achieving this goal.
