KWC, an international manufacturer of premium taps and sanitary solutions, faced a major digital transformation challenge after carving out a new group and consolidating operations from nine different ERP systems with inconsistent master data. To create a modern foundation for the business, KWC turned to SAP and related services, aiming for a cloud-based, best-practice setup with no customizations.
SAP implemented RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, along with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Concur Expense, SAP Sales and Service Cloud, and SAP Field Service Management. The result was a unified master data standard, improved data quality and interoperability, and a scalable landscape ready for new companies; KWC also reported up to an 8% reduction in time to market and a 5% reduction in finance costs.
