SAP helped Discovery implement an automated HR portal, intelligent chatbot, workforce analytics dashboards, and RPA-enabled pre-employment checks. As a result, Discovery cut time-to-hire by 25%, saved €1.3 million across HR, improved request resolution from 80% to 93%, and reduced generalist HR headcount by 32%, while employee feedback reached 2.5 out of 3.
