A SAP Case Study
SNAP International, an SAP delivery center based in Slovakia, was growing quickly but struggled to recruit enough consultants and to provide mission-critical SAP Business ByDesign implementations in the local languages needed across Central Europe. The company also needed a more cost-effective way to translate software without relying on resource-intensive manual processes.
SAP provided SAP Translation Hub, integrated with the Language Adaptation Tool in SAP Business ByDesign, to automate and speed up translation using machine translation and multilingual text repositories. With SAP, SNAP translated entire work centers in one click, saved 4–6 weeks of manual translation effort per additional language, improved translation quality with minimal manual work, and delivered its first SAP Business ByDesign implementations in Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.
