Snam, a major European energy infrastructure and transportation company, wanted to give finance teams faster access to up-to-date information for strategic decision-making, especially as it evaluated new market opportunities. The results included better finance decision-making, stronger collaboration between business and IT, reduced IT reporting workload, and faster planning processes, with a single source of truth for analytics and scenario modeling.
