SIKO KOUPELNY, a leading kitchen and bath retailer in the Czech and Slovak Republics, needed to improve omnichannel customer service and replace fragmented customer data and limited integration capabilities. The company wanted to extend its on-premise retail storefront with a cloud platform to support e-commerce growth and better customer experiences, and chose SAP Commerce Cloud along with SAP Integration Suite.
SAP helped SIKO KOUPELNY migrate to SAP Commerce Cloud with support from Cloud Success Services, creating a scalable omnichannel platform that improved performance, enabled faster innovation, and simplified integration across cloud and on-premise systems. The results included a 12% increase in turnover and a 110% rise in online transactions, with SAP also helping the company maintain sales during COVID-19 and expand its e-commerce platform into new markets.
