Scania Group, a global industrial manufacturing company, runs a hybrid infrastructure with SAP Cloud Integration, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Charging, and other SAP and third-party systems. Its challenge was gaining better visibility into operational issues across this complex environment, especially the need for more holistic, end-to-end integration monitoring.

SAP provided integration and exception monitoring, health monitoring, and alert and notification management to improve transparency across Scania Group’s integration landscape. As a result, Scania Group achieved visibility into most operational challenges in Cloud Integration and is now looking to extend monitoring even further for broader end-to-end oversight.
