How SBB is increasing the value of its SAP learning solutions and helping employees reskill and upskill more efficiently with SAP Enable Now and SAP Learning Hub

SBB CFF FFS, the Swiss Federal Railways, needed a better way to standardize employee training across the enterprise as it prepared for a major transformation to SAP S/4HANA. Previously, training was handled case by case for new applications, making it difficult to reskill and upskill employees efficiently.

With SAP, using SAP Enable Now, SAP Learning Hub, and SAP Companion, SBB CFF FFS created an individual learning strategy with multilingual, up-to-date training content and integrated online help. The results included faster creation, updating, and translation of materials, plus support for more than 5,000 active SAP Enable Now users, 10,000 learning course visits, and 150 SAP Learning Hub licenses.
