IWB Industrielle Werke Basel, a Swiss utilities and telecommunications provider, needed to modernize and standardize its processes as digitalization and market liberalization increased complexity. To improve customer service, reduce manual work, and give management better fact-based insights, IWB turned to SAP Signavio for stronger process management and process intelligence.

SAP implemented SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, and Process Intelligence to help IWB capture, share, monitor, and automate processes more effectively. The results included 75% of business processes published in SAP Signavio, a 60% reduction in processing costs for provisioning, an RPA bot that saved the equivalent of two FTEs per year, and faster, more transparent workflows across damage claims, meter-reading checks, and invoice handling.
